Standard pattern of the HBT jacket with pleated pockets worn during WW2.  These where designed to be worn over other clothing. Sizing below has been given that will fit when wearing a wool shirt underneath.

Large 43" - 44" chest

XL 45" - 46" chest

XXL 47" - 48" chest
