The Defcon 5 MOLLE Recon Harness can be used either as a Chest Rig or a Plate Carrier because of the internal pockets for ballistic plates. Made of 1000 Denier Nylon, the vest offers maximum comfort and breathability to the operator. The shoulder straps can be used in 2 different ways: The back panel can be removed for use while operating vehicles or if you cross the straps around the arms the harness can be used without a back at all. This offers greater comfort while wearing a rucksack. The shoulder straps also have Quick Release buckles for easy on/off. The chest section can be adjusted in 2 ways: you can adjust the hight of the Back Support belt and also the shoulder straps. This ensures the best fit for any operator. The top of the front panel can also be folded away into a pouch located on the interior, allowing maximum movement. The whole Defcon 5 MOLLE Recon Harness is covered in MOLLE straps for attachment of MOLLE pouches and is supplied with a folding dump pouch, Admin / ID panel with torch / mag pouch, double 9mm mag pouch, small radio pouch and a horizontal utility pouch on the outside layer.
